Welcome to The Glider Pouch!
Thank you for visiting our website! Our gliders are our pets, and we consider them part of the family. We raise sugar gliders on a very small scale - only three breeding pairs. Because of this, we are able to spend one on one time with each individual joey, resulting in a tame and friendly pet glider. To see comments from people that have adopted joeys from up, visit our Testimonials page. To learn more about how our gliders are cared for, please visit our Behind the Scenes page. In our Adopt A Glider page, you can see picture and information about the joeys that we currently have available for adoption.
We have been researching gliders over the last several years, and we have complied most of what we have learned in our Classes page. There you will learn everything you need to know when it comes to owning gliders. If you are deciding weather or not to own glider, please start with our Are Glider Right For You page. Health, diet, housing, bonding, reproduction, and more are covered in our Classes page. If you have any questions that aren't found in our Classes page, or if you simply need help finding something, please contact us! If we don't know the answer to a question, we will do our best to find the answer for you.
In our Sugar Shop, you will find several glider necessities, such as cages, water bottles, toys, pouches and vitamins. Unfortunately, our shop is not currently up and running, but we hope to have things available for sale very soon. Lauren Way, owner and operator of The Glider Pouch, is also an artist. Pictures of some of her artwork can be found in the Glider Art and Photo Gallery. Please contact us for information about commissions.
We love getting feedback from our visitors, so please e-mail us if you have a comment!
